About me

I’m a former lawyer who cares deeply about:

• Improving attorney and legal worker well-being.

• Supporting people who are interacting with the legal system.

• Building our collective capacity for positive relationships.

• Cultivating non-extractive businesses that support thriving workers and communities.

I opened my consultancy in 2020, after 15 years in legal and policy roles. That included three years as a litigator at a small Oregon law firm, representing unions and people injured by police or in prison. 

Initially, my focus was content marketing for law firms and legal tech companies: blog posts, websites, landing pages, handouts, newsletters, white papers, reports, etc.

I also wrote for BigLaw consultants that created developmental upward/360 reviews for law partners. (In upward reviews, associates and legal workers give feedback to partners to help them grow as leaders. Cool, huh?)

In 2026, I rolled out strategic legal marketing and client communications consulting services for small law firms.
